Really Common Workout Problem
Intensity is arguably the most important fa tor when it comes to making progress in the gym... besides actually going consistently. But the people who are going consistently need to increase intensity more than anything else. The intensity is what propels you to that 1 more rep and adding weight. A lot of people would even do better reducing volume and increasing intensity.
Keep doing reps until 1 or 2 reps before you literally could not move the weight anymore. To figure that out, safely go to failure on an exercise so you know what failure actually feels like.
