Bigger Gains and Less Knee Pain

Here's my "secret" to getting better legs. These were a weak point for a long time and for good reason. I use to have chronic knee pain thanks to an injury. Through rehabbing in and out of the gym (including learning how to properly strengthen my legs lifting heavy), I've been able to make them a strong point of my joint health and physique. I use to squat way more weight, but I was bouncing and had knee pain during and after. Heavy weight didn't get me results, humbling myself and focusing on quality over quantity did. Be deliberate, get better results.
