Undulate Your Workouts
I refer to this as weekly undulating periodization because I alter my rep scheme from week to week. Try doing lower rep ranges on your daily workouts one week, then heavier the next week. This keeps things fresh and allows you to emphasize more endurance or more strength. This type of periodization may enhance recovery of different systems that are taxed either due more to higher volume (high reps) or greater nervous system output per set (lower reps). Bottom line is it's worth trying and some people respond to it very well while less people see no difference. You don't know until you try.
