🙌🏻 Gluten-free banana muffins ~ a variation of our popular soaked muffins!

The original recipe is in my Eat God's Way companion cookbook (more info on how to download it at the end). To that recipe, just make these changes!

🌸 use gluten-free flour blend instead of regular flour
🌸 mash 2 bananas and add them with the wet ingredients
🌸 use 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or omit) for the seasoning
🌸 add 1/2 cup each of desired add-ins: chopped nuts, carob or chocolate chips, shredded coconut
🌸 also feel free to use dairy or egg substitute if you need to (the original recipe tells you how!)
