I really do love these things and program them often for clients and even myself. They don't suck as much as flys, you get a set done faster, can go heavier than flys, and it's easier on some people's shoulders. If you try them, start light. You'll feel like a robot at first and you should with the 2 step eccentric and 2 step concentric.
