What is the Secret of Motherhood?

In the adult ministry, Ravi leads a Q&A session with mothers in particular on Exodus 20:12, "Honor your father and your mother, that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
It is easy to overlook that among the 10 Commandments given by God to Moses, honoring parents was instituted by God. While it is nice to focus on mothers and fathers once a year, why did God make it a moral obligation for mankind? It was not a suggestion, it was a command! How often do we think about that?
It is also important to share input on what an "absentee" mother is, as well as "abuse" of parental rights. We will also discuss "helicopter or tiger" mothers. How does this affect the children? Where can we get biblical help and how can we practice it with the help of the Holy Spirit? Finally, how can we encourage "hurting" mothers who have been abused by their children?
