The adductor muscles (groin muscles) can get very interdigitated, which means tangled up with other muscle fibers, and cause issues at your hips when pulling unevenly. Myofascial release unlocks the adductor/hamstring interdigitation and allows the hip to move much more freely. This helps restore tissue length and mobility. This is the best version I've found to help release these muscles.

Pin the muscle then kick your leg out like I do in the video. 10 to 20 kicks each spot along the groin muscles starting just above the knee and going to just below the glutes/pelvic bone works well. Make sure to get the more posterior portion towards the hamstrings, medial portion on the inside, and more anteriror portion towards the front of your thigh.
