The psychology aspect of losing weight is highly underrated. You can know exactly what to do, but doesn't matter if you don't have the motivation to do it and stick to it long enough to see results. There are many ways to lose weight but only a few ways in which you won't ruin your relationship with food, be miserable, and be able to do it long-term. I don't recommend crash dieting somewhat like I did for the bodybuilding show (although I was above maintenance calories so I wasnt starving even at the end), there's better ways. I ensure my clients don't starve themselves and get results.
