0:00 Footage from the Messerschmitt Bf 110's gun camera is distinctive as it was centrally mounted in the nose, unlike single-engined fighters that tended to mount it in one of the wings.

0:06 The aircraft being engaged is a Soviet Polikarpov I-153 biplane fighter. While obsolete and much slower than the Bf 110, it was a nimble dogfighter that the more modern twin could not turn with.

0:16 Polikarpov I-16 that was also obsolete by the time of the Axis invasion of the Soviet Union but soldiered on in service until 1943.

0:21 A more modern single-engined monoplane fighter, possibly a Yakovlev Yak-1

0:26 An aircraft shot down and burning on the ground.

0:32 Bombs from a preceding aircraft can be seen exploding at the bottom of the frame.

0:44 Anti-aircraft fire rising from the ground towards the attacking aircraft.

I do this for my own amusement but if you would like to support the channel consider https://www.buymeacoffee.com/hw97karbine
