Tight biceps can cause dysfunction of the elbow joint. The imbalance causes uneven pull at the joint, tightens fascia, and these things can lead to inflammation and pain. The tricep, forearm, and shoulder can also be involved. But in the case of overuse, the most common issue is bicep in my clients.
