YOU ARE IN CONTROL AND HAVE A CHOICE. Everyone really is one decision away from changing their entire life. Changing one daily behavior or weekly behavior even can build a habit which is how you change your life incrementally. Once that new behavior is a habit you don't even have to think about it anymore, it's just a part of who you are in what you do. Some things do take 21 days to form as a habit others take more or less. What matters is making it consistent until it becomes automatic. So if you find a trainer to encourage you and give you the nutrition and fitness advice you need that you can stick to- that you don't hate, then you will be much more likely to make those small changes you need to change your life.
