Try 25 reps each leg without stopping. If you have to break, only rest for about 8 seconds until you complete all reps. This will create an extremely high stimulus and recruit almost all your muscle fibers in most of you lower body. Since you don't stand completely and it's a gigantic set, the metabolic stimulus is crazy too because the muscle get no relief. This will burn muscle and calories in a high intensity manner. It really hurts, but if you do it you'll be cooler than everyone else who hasn't, so it's worth it.
