This one's probably the most all encompassing ab movement. It incorporates really all the functions your abs have. You'll use Upper, Lower, and side abs during the quarter turkish get up. You'll work stability during the concentric and eccentric since you'll be holding a weight on one side of the body as well. Keep the arm pointed straight up, descend slowly, and if you can't get all the way up yet, go as high as you can with less weight and build up from there.
