First, the judge has no authority over illegals until they come into our nation. The illegals have human rights and privileges, but no other rights when in other nations; and they get no additional rights or privileges by illegally crossing into our nation. They do not get to grant additional rights and privileges to these criminals.

When you work or party too hard and get run down, you can get an "opportunistic illness" when immune system gums up. That is essentially what Dem Party is. They run on hate and resentment and have no love of country or its people. They mostly lay in wait and throw stones and defame. When Trump people drop the ball, the Dems/MSM flare-up like opportunistic infection and work to make the body sicker. They are so concerned about security now but they blocked the deportation of violent gangs. Judges are really just academics and you cant trust most of them because they get lost in their head. We really need to re-center the definition of what a "judge" is and what their job duties entail. There are activists in this role who are bending and stretching the originalist definition and need to be knocked back to reality.

Boasberg did not issue a Written Order, therefore, a verbal statement of a Judge has no standing. This is Jurisprudence 101. To declare that Trump violated the Judges instructions to turn the Planes of Illegals bound for El Salvador is a farce,since there was no review or Written Order to the DOJ, DHS, or any other Governmental Agency.
