The program that works best is the one you can stick to, first of all. The science and results backed programs are key too but you need someone that can help you find your motivation and a plan that works best for you PERSONALLY that you dont hate. I've found online personal training works really well for people who have some motivation but need a little accountability, and are unsure about making too much of a financial commitment. Online training allows for more flexibility for your schedule, income,, learning pace, and services.
