Less than 48 hours after news broked that DOJ was still willing to double down on the argument that suppressors are not protected by the Second Amedment, today we learn that they may be re-thinking that position. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses today's developments, especially in light of the fact that we have a new ATF Cheif Counsel on board, but he's only been on the job for about 24 hours at the current time.
