This case, which started as a challenge to NYC's "good moral character" requirements in order to obtain a concealed carry license. But during the course of this litigation, the Supreme Court handed down its Bruen decision so that resolved the matter, right? Wrong, instead New York City just passed the same unconstitutional laws but used different words. So what did Srour do?
