An order needs to be supported by a legal reason for the decision. Without a legal basis for an order, why does it require a response to the order?

I would look at Larry Schweikart substack wherr he has a nice analysis and strategy to the judges. if a judge can order the epa to unfreeze funds then make it so each grant has to be reviewed by a three panel then a 5 panel make the process so slow that it takes years to issue the grant to climate change groups. why would we want to use our tax money to fund climate change groups when majority of the country disagrees with them same thing with planned parenthood. tax payers shouldn't have to fund them.

Time to start ciling guys…
