I call this a pensar press or I've seen it called a Smith press but that's confusing because the Smith machine press exists so.... pensar press, cool. The key difference is not straightening your arm as you press up. Keep elbows bent the whole time. When you straighten elbows, the Triceps are working more. When elbows stay bent, as you reach the top the Triceps will be performing an isometric hold, but not be a secondary mover, thus emphasizing more shoulder musculature as the mover during this exercise.
