Anterior pelvic tilt just means pointing your butt behind you as much as you can. Imagine your hips are a bucket full a water and you want to dump the water out in front if you. This tweak has surprising utility. This is now a cue I always use for more advanced clients. Leaning forward helps, but the real difference is made by tilting the pelvis forward to induce more stretch. That's the proper way to stretch the hamstrings when stretching. So that's why it also works so well here. Another free tip- hold calves to edge of seat at the bottom of the rep for 1 second then come up slow.
