How can a judge who is a citizen of Canada and not the United States practice law in Washington DC? Also, all these radical leftist judges in the United States who are getting in the way of President Trump's demand of purging our country of illegal aliens are committing high treason and should be immediately arrested and brought to justice!

Honestly, DC should be unincorporated and the entire government and internal judicial system disbanded. It is not a state. The entire district should be split up again into their respective states. It's simply ludicrous.

The lower courts created by Congress under Article III are per constitution INFERIOR. They could not reasonably considered independent and in any way equal to SCOTUS. Congress can quickly define inferior and the limits on the lower courts power under SCOTUS.
