Take away Congress" opportunity to deny knowledge of or ignorance of the current National Debt or more than 25 categories of Federal spending plus the current debt to every citizen of the USA which just turned 6 figures by forcing the House and Senate to display live 24/7 in the chambers, on large screens in both chambers, the current National Debt Live so no one can deny they knew, when they voted to spend more and how it would effect us all in actual tax debt...
