Former Israeli Defense Minister Moshe (Bogie) Ya’alon: “I expect Israel not to send soldiers to kill babies, children, and women in Gaza.”

Speaking this evening (Saturday) in an interview with Moriah and Berko, former Defense Minister Moshe (Bogie) Ya’alon clarified his statement on ethnic cleansing in Gaza, saying: “This is not a problematic statement. The IDF must win—but soldiers must still remain human.”

Regarding Netanyahu’s defamation lawsuit, he stated: “When looking at the bigger picture, the one who is in panic is the one who needs to explain—and that’s him.”

He also referenced the Elor Azaria case, calling it a turning point: “He shot a wounded assailant and said he did it because [the assailant] deserved it. That is not the IDF.”
