Immediately sue the Trump Administration over anything and everything in a super-right wing jurisdiction. The attorneys present the "left wing" case but do such a poor job the pro-MAGA judge uphold Trump. Do this on the first, second, Appeals, and US District level as the left files their own litigation. No injunction nationwide can occur under these circumstances and the Court of Cowards will be forced to take the case and decide once and for all.
