The footage and information are not meant to negate or take away from the atrocities suffered by Jews under the Nazis, but to point out the irony that Jesuits, who treated malaria with the medication that is the focus of this film, were also subject to cruel nazi malarial experiments. A disease the Jesuit order had spent generations fighting was weaponized against them. Terrible irony.
