Sprinting Is An Ancient Artifact Now

This claim has been everywhere for over a year. It seems believable, but why? I think that this myth really did permeate so much as because it seems so believable. From the clients I've had and other adults in their 30s and 40s and 50s that I know, Sprinting isn't something they're able to do anymore. So even though there's no evidence it maybe anecdotally true. Sprinting however is an amazing goal to set for yourself to be able to do. You can record that in miles per hour on a treadmill or a distance you run on the ground in a certain amount of time. Whatever it is, if you can get up to a sprint, then you know you have made progress if you didn't and that's one of the most demanding things you can physically do. So I say go for it and try to see if you can get to a sprint, but work up to it gradually if you have not in a long time.
