The way to activate the low abs the most is by posterior pelvic tilt. You will use abs when doing leg lift some, but won't use the low abs as primary movers unless tiltingthe pelvis like I demonstrate. Really is such a great low ab exercise once you make this slight tweak. It's way harder too like this. Give it a go and let me know what you think. Like and follow for more!
