For the Duck:
• 2 Duck Breasts
• Salt

For the Creamy Red Wine Reduction:
• 250ml of Red Wine:
• 250ml of Chicken stock (or duck if you have) (don’t have any use bouillon)
• 1 Shallot
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 25g Cold Butter
• Salt, white Pepper, sugar and lemon juice to adjust seasonings

• 2 Medium-Sized Potatoes
• Olive Oil
• Butter
• Garlic Paste
• Salt
• Fresh parsley
• Grated Parmesan
• Smoked paprika
