• 200 ml whole milk
• 50 ml whole milk

• 1 strip lemon peel
• 20 g butter
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 2 tsp corn starch
• 180 g sugar
• 100 ml water
• 8 large egg yolks
Pastry & Finish
• 4-5 sheets filo pastry
• 80 g melted butter
• Oil for frying
• Icing sugar
• Ground cinnamon
