Ingredients for Butter Milk :

-Milk 1 cup ( Doodh )
-Vinegar 3 -tbsp ( Sirka )

Ingredients :

-Full Fat Milk - 2 Liter
-Butter - 2 -3 tbsp
-Fresh Cream - 3 -4 tbsp
-Salt - 1/2 tsp

Direction For Butter Milk :

-Take a bowl of milk add vinegar and set a side for 5 minutes.
-After 5 minutes your butter milk is ready.

Direction :

-In a pot add milk let it boil on high flame when milk starts boiling turn the flame low then add butter milk.
-Stir continuously.
-Add butter Milk gradually .
-When the water separates turn the flame off.
-Drain off the curdled milk.
-Squeeze all water well.
-Add warm curdle milk in blender jar add butter, cream, and salt, and blend until smooth and soft cream cheese is ready.
-The cream cheese can be stored in a refrigerator in air-tight container for a week.
