Directions for French Toast Dippers Preparation:
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar, Milk, Cream, vanilla essence , cinnamon powder and mix it well. Set aside.
-Take the bread slices and cut their edges. Place 2 bread slices on top of each other.
- Cut them vertically together into 3 sticks.
-Dip these sticks into egg mixture and fry them until golden brown in color.
- Now coat them in caster sugar and set aside.

- In a bowl dark chocolate and Cream. Microwave it for a minute.

Ingredients:
-Carrot 1 kg ( Gajar )
-Khoya 1/2 cup
-Sugar 1 ½ cup
-Milk 4 liter
-Rice (soaked & crushed) 1/2 cup
-Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
-Almond (chopped) 3-4 tbsp
-Pistachios (chopped) 3-4 tbsp
-Raisins 3 -4 tbsp ( Kishmish )
Ingredients for chocolate ganache:
-Chocolate (chopped) 1/2 cup
-Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp
-Cream 1/4 cup
Directions:
-Take carrots and grate them with help of a grater. Set aside.
-Then boil milk in a pan add carrots, socked rice and cook on a low flame for 15 -20 minutes. Keep stirring, then cover and cook for 30-40 mints on medium low flame.
-Then add the green cardamom powder and sugar and let it cook for 15 minutes more on low flame.
-Add almonds , raisins , pistachio mix well and again cook it for 15 -20 mins.
-Now when the carrot softens, add in khoya, mix in everything together.
-Cook until thickened.
-Keep stir until completely cool .
-Take it out in dish and let it chill before serving.
For chocolate ganache in a double boiler add chocolate, butter and stir continuously. Then add cream and mix it well until smooth. Your chocolate ganache is ready, let it chill before using.
-Drizzle chocolate ganache on gajarela, garnish with almonds and pistachio.
-Your delicious gajarela is ready to serve.

Directions for Onion Paste Preparation:
- In a pan heat oil and add onion, garlic, ginger and cook until onion gets soft.
-Transfer it to a blender and add green chilies. Blend to make smooth paste
formed. Your onion paste is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Almond Cashew Nut Preparation:
-In a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, water and blend it well into a smooth paste.
-Your Almond Cashew Nut Paste is ready set aside.
Directions for Chicken Marination:
-In a bowl add chicken, Yogurt, lemon juice, salt and mix it
well. Marinate the chicken for 20 -30 mins. Set aside.
Directions for White Korma Preparation:
- In a pot heat oil and butter let it melted
-Add cumin seeds. Sizzle for a few seconds.
-Add green cardamoms, black pepper corns, black cardamom and sizzle for another min.
-Add onion paste and cook for 2-4 mins.
-Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins.
-Now add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and cook for 2 -4
mins.
-Add almond cashew nut paste and cook for 4 -5 mins.
-Add cream mix well then add water again mix well cover & cook until chicken is fully done use low flame or until oil separates.
-Add chopped fresh coriander , ginger ( julienne ) green chilies mix well
-Add butter if you want ( OPTIONAL )
-Dish it out and garnish with green chilies, ginger and serve. Your White Korma with naan.

-Choti Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp ( Green cardamom powder )
-Badam chopped 3 -4 tbsp ( Almonds )
-Pista Chopped 3 tbsp ( Pistachio )
-Kishmish 2 tbsp ( Raisins )
-Akhrot chopped 2 tbsp ( Walnuts )
Direction For Cooking :
-In a bowl add semolina and milk mix well and rest it for 15 -20 mins.
- So the semolina will absorb the milk.
-Take a deep wok add sugar use medium low flame keep stirring until sugar starts melting.
-When sugar starts melting turn the flame low .
-When the color of sugar start turning golden turn off the flame and add melted desi ghee cook it just for amin then turn off the flame.
-Add water be careful while adding water it will burn you.
-Mix well for a min then add soaked semolina and then turn on the the flame use medium flame.
-Cook it for 10 -15 mins then turn the flame low.
-Add 2 tbsp of desi ghee or more if you like.
-Cook until oil separates .
-Add green cardamom powder , pistachio , almonds , raisins , walnuts mix well and again cook it for 4 -5 mins
-Garnish with some chopped nuts or as you want and serve.

Directions:
-In a bowl add cashew nuts and almonds soak them for 20 -30 mins.
-Take Mixer jar add some water and soaked cashew nuts and almonds and make a smooth paste then set aside.
-Take Spice Jar add black cardamom, green cardamom, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves and close & set aside.
-In pot, add water and bring it to boil.
-Add spice jar, green chilies cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
-Remove spice jar and green chilies and discard it.
-Add fried onion, salt, rice and bring it to boil.
-Add lemon juice and boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-In pot, add oil, chicken and mix well until changes its color.
-Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick ,black pepper corns, cumin seeds , Black cardamom ,green chilies and mix well.
-Add ginger paste and garlic crushed mix well and cook it for a min.
-Add onion, mix well and cook until onions are translucent.
-Add whisked yogurt mix well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add white pepper powder ,salt, mace powder, nutmeg powder, black pepper powder mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Cover partially and cook for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates.
-Add mint leaves and fresh coriander.
-In cream, add kewra water, cashew paste mix well and cook for a min.
-Add boiled rice, fried onion and ghee.
-Cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 -7 minutes.
-Flip the rice to remove the steam.
-Serve with mint raita and salad.

-Remove pot from the stove and let it cool completely.

Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala:
-Take a frying pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds ,red chili flakes ,chaat masala, black pepper crushed ,garam masala powder fry it for 2 -3 mins on low flame .
-Let it cool then crushed well ( Don't make powder )
-Balochi tikka masala is ready!
Prepare Balochi Tikka:
-In a bowl add chicken boti add water and salt mix well and rest it for 10 -15 mins.
-In a wok ,add cooking oil, chicken, water ,ginger , garlic & mix well until it changes color, cover & cook on medium low flame for 4 -6 minutes until water dries .
-Add green chilies (slit) & mix well.
-Add 2 -3 tbsp of balochi tikka masala, lemon juice, fresh coriander ,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl, add rice ,water, wash thoroughly & soak for 1 hour then strain soaked rice & set aside.
-In hot water, add cloves ,cinnamon sticks ,star anise ,black cardamom ,green cardamom, Bay Leaves , salt, green chilies, cooking oil ,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add soaked rice, mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-Add yogurt whisk well then add balochi masala into it mix well and set aside.
-In a pot ,add cooking oil, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves & mix well.
-Add onion & fry until light golden then add water mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste, green chili mix well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add spice yogurt & mix well.
-Add lemon juice salt, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander ,mint leaves, mix well & take out half quantity of gravy & reserve for layering.
-In remaining gravy, add balochi tikka pieces, fresh coriander ,mint leaves ,half quantity of boiled rice, reserved gravy, fresh coriander, mint leaves, remaining boiled rice, remaining balochi tikka & reserved balochi tikka masala ,fresh coriander fried onion ,cover & steam cook on low flame for 10 -15minutes.

-Pistey (Pistachio) 2 tbsp
-Kishmish (Raisins) Soaked 2 tbsp

-Pyaz (Onion) 2 Large (sliced)
-Adrak Lehsan (Ginger garlic Crushed) 2 tbsp
-Pani 1/2 cup ( Water )
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbsp
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1/2 tbs
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed 1 tbsp

Directions For Cooking :
-Marinate chicken with chicken tikka masala and lemon juice, marinate for 2-3 hours.
-In fry pan, heat ghee/oil and fry cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio, and raisins & set aside.
-In pot, heat ghee/oil and fry chicken until it changes color and its half done & set aside.
-In the same oil, add onion and fry until brown.
-Add ginger garlic crushed and cook for a min.
-Add water and mix well.
-Now add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds (crushed), salt, chicken tikka masala ,bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, black peppercorns, and black cardamom, give it a good mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
-Add rice and mix it well.
-Add water and mix it.
-Add fried chicken, cover and cook on high flame until most of the water dries.
-Now add fried nuts, cover and steam cook for 5 -8 minutes on low flame.
-Mughlai pulao is ready.

Direction For Cooking :
- Take a pan filled with 3-4 glasses of water, add salt and boil chicken fillet for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut chicken fillet in slices as per chilies size.
- Make cuts in Mozzarella Cheese as per chilies size.
- Make a slit in chilies and deseed them gently.
- Take 2 glasses of water in a bowl, add vinegar and dip all chilies in it for 10-15 minutes.
- Take out chilies from water and pat dry them. Put a chicken slice and cheese inside the chilies and set aside.
- Take three separate bowls, add flour, breadcrumbs and (well beaten) eggs in each.
- With the help of spoon coat each chili with flour than dip it in egg and then breadcrumbs, repeat the step.
- Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame fry the chilies until they are golden brown.

Directions:
-In bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds ,ghee and mix well until crumbled.
-Gradually add water and knead until smooth dough is form, cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In bowl, add potatoes and mash them slightly, add peas ,coriander, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder ,turmeric powder, whole spice powder and mix well.
-In pot, add oil ,cumin seeds and mix ,add potato mixture and fry for 2 -3 minutes and let it cool.
-Wet your hands with water and knead dough again.
-Take a small dough, make a ball and coat in dry flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin and cut into two pieces.
-On one side of dough ,apply water ,join two sides/edges to make a cone and press gently to seal the cone.
-Fill the cone with potato stuffing, apply water on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly.
-Prepare the remaining samosas similarly and set aside.
-In wok, heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden.

Directions For Cooking :
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a wok add cooking oil, cumin seeds & cook it for a min.
-Add ginger, garlic & cook for 2 mins .
-Add tomatoes, mix well & cook for 2 -3 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
-Add onion, green chillies, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili sauce & cook it for 2 -3 mins.
-Add chicken mince, mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Cook it until all water dries 3 -4 mins on low flame .
-Let it cool completely.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl add fine flour, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well.
-Add yogurt, gradually add water, mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add ghee & grease the dough with it, cover & let it rest for 15 -20 minutes.
-Add ghee in a tray & spread evenly with the help of brush.
-Grease hands with ghee,take a small dough , make a smooth ball & place on ghee greased tray. Brush ghee over the dough balls, cover with cling wrap & let them rest for 10 -15 minutes.
-Roll a thin roti apply some oil or ghee sprinkle some atta then makes cuts on it with the help of cutter roll it and make a ball again rest then for 10 mins.
-Grease hand with ghee and press gently with both hands to spread the dough to make a paratha.
-Heat griddle, add ghee & let it melt.
-Place paratha and fry on medium low flame. Flip the paratha, add & spread whisked egg over it.
-Spread prepared chicken filling on one side, add mozzarella cheese & flip the other side of paratha over it. Press gently & cook from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 10).
-Serve with dahi, achar or salad!

-Add sliced onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and cook it for 2 -3 mins on high flame.
-Add crushed black pepper , red chili powder , red chili flakes , salt , coriander powder , cumin powder , mix herbs, vinegar , chili sauce , oyster sauce mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame.
-Add water mix well then cover and cook for 3 -5 mins on low flame until water dries.
-Transfer to bowl and let it cool .
-In a bowl add all -purpose flour and water mix well and make a smooth paste then set aside .
-In another bowl add egg add salt , black pepper powder , milk whisk well and then set aside for further use.
-Now Take samosa patti make + then add cooked chicken add some mozzarella cheese as required and then fold one side of patti.
-Apply slurry on the ends of patti and fold them properly.
-Make all parcels you can store these chicken parcel in any air tight container for one month.
-Now dip these parcel in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs as well.
-Fry them on medium flame until golden brown.

Introduction :
Boiled Egg Omelette is a quick, delicious egg recipe which is another version of Masala Omelette. Boiled eggs with Beaten eggs, onions, green chillies and some spice powder. Serve the Egg Omelette hot with bread or roti or parathas in your sehri and let me know how it is , waiting for your feedback.
Ingredients :
-Boiled eggs 4 -5 sliced
-Eggs 3 ( Anday )
-Onion chopped 1/2 cup ( Pyaz )
-Green Chilies chopped 1 tsp ( Hari Mirch )
-Tomatoes Chopped 1/4 cup ( Tamatar )
-Fresh Coriander chopped 1 tbsp ( Hara Dhania )
-Salt 1/2 tsp OR TO TASTE ( Namak )
-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ( Haldee Powder )
-Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp OR TO TASTE ( Kali Mirch )
-Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Butter 2 tbsp
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Ginger chopped 1 tsp ( Adrak )
Direction For Cooking :
-Add eggs in a bowl whisk them well then add onion , green chilies , tomatoes , fresh coriander , salt , turmeric powder , black pepper powder whisk well and set aside.
-Take a frying pan add butter and oil let it melts.
-Add chopped ginger cook it for a min.
-Take egg mixture then add slice boiled eggs.
-Sprinkle some salt , red chili flakes , chopped green chilies , fresh coriander and cover it & cook it for 5 -8 mins on medium low flame .
-If eggs are not cooked then slow the flame and cook it for 3 -4 mins more.
-Your boiled egg omlelette is ready serve with paratha or bread in your sehri .
-Serving for 4 -5

Direction :
-In a blender jug, add ice cubes, strawberries ,sugar, milk, ice cream & blend well.
-Decorate serving glass with strawberry syrup, add strawberry shake and sever.
