I served in Haiti during the Clinton Admin and was shocked to see how horrid that country was, but it makes my blood boil to know thieves diverted any funds into their pockets and the pockets of their puppet masters to the good it was intended. When the Constitution, Section 4, Article 2, talks about high crimes and misdemeanors it means the crimes conducted by our leaders who were in high places or positions. Time to apply that to those treasonous acts of bribery and corruption retroactively to at least one president and Secretary of State.
