30 Nov 2023 Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin blocked Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) from bringing forward her request for subpoenas, including for Justice Sotomayor’s staff and Jeffrey Epstein’s flight logs:
