How about the State government? Will every State open the books to the people? A State that opens their book will have some scamed funds, and the State should welcome the help of the people to find it. A State that doesn't open the books to the people have something to hide. If the people have to fight in the court system to get the books open, there should be no deals made with the criminals. The maximum penalty by the Rule of Law shall be given to all State government employees that stole State funds. Presadent Trump has opened the federal books to the people. Time to hold are State government to the same standard.
