    If those outrageous fundings were going on during prior presidents (Obama, clinton, bush etc even further back) and these presidents did nothing to stop the lunacy of the flow of money to these crazy organizations, then the government should be sending a bill to these presidents to pay the US taxpayers back!! Confiscate THEIR money!! Let them pay for it!! Pay us taxpayers back!!!!!
