Hundreds Protest In New York Against President Trump's Trans Policy

Hundreds of people took to the streets in New York to protest against President Donald Trump's executive orders restricting transitioning procedures for children.

The protests were sparked by reports that a local hospital cancelled appointments for two youths who were set to be injected with puberty blockers.

The protesters were carrying signs saying things like defend trans rights. At least one of the protesters was detained by police.

Trump signed an executive order banning the controversial procedures on kids under the age of 19.
