Note: The referenced Idaho Medical Freedom Bill, after being vetoed by Idaho Governor Brad Little, was revised and signed into law after the recording of this podcast. The law takes effect July 1, 2025. It protects individuals from being discriminated against based on their medical choices. This week on The Feds, we are joined by Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt. This week, we discuss the PREP Act, the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, a law passed in 2005 used as the US government justification for all COVID-19 mandates. We discuss the recent Cleveland Clinic study that found people who took the flu shot were 27% more likely to get the flu! This week we speak with Michael Gary, a former Army National Guard Deputy Commander for the New England Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package.
