20250127 Day 1023 Part-2

Pressing & Accessories

I began with Incline dumbbell press. Post-conditioning on the tail of a new PR, I went with a heavy-ish sub-maximal 5x5 @1-2 RIR for this initial movement

Then, for and accessory I did Lifefitness machine lateral raises, 5 sets total in the 10+ rep raise to concentric failure
