    100% agree. Since the "J6 politburo" been "pardoned", the evidence they destroyed is criminal (a felony) and Congress should question the kangaroo court for why they did this. Lying under oath can send the crooks to prison for a long, long time.

    1988 Members of Congress were made immune from liability for torts committed within the scope of their office or employment. Since they destroyed the records they have no proof their comments were within the scope of their office. Sue for defamation.
