I recently found a dumb redneck {X} & some of his friends playing the role of keyboard commando on Brian Tyler Cohen’s page, unashamedly supporting the cowardly murder of Brian Thompson. I informed them in a rebuttal post {X} (which they did not respond to at all, even after several attempts) that if they’re mad at someone in the health care sector, get mad at the reptiles inhabiting Washington.

However, these pukes don’t know much & their anger is anger from ignorance. I informed them that the % of HCE (Health Care Expenditures) that are taken care of by the taxpayer (i.e. government) in the form of Medicare/Medicaid/SCHIP have risen dramatically since the 1960s.

Form 1960-65, the % of HCE that was out-of-pocket was >45%. Wow, that must be a privatized health care system, when almost half of the payments are out-of-pocket consumer payments. From 1966-69, 36.35% of all HCE was out-of-pocket payments & it was 28.49% from 1970-79. You can see a disturbing trend. Gabriel G. Gentry from Natalia, Texas doesn’t know this, he’s mad at insurance companies & wants to murder people because of his own ignorance.

Out-of-pocket % of HCE was a paltry 12.74% from 2000-2011. These Brian Tyler Cohen lunatics who want everyone who refuses to pay everyone else’s health care bill (they want single-payer & don’t realize they’ll get thrown under the bus at some point) murdered – they probably think most HCE is borne by the consumer in the form of out-of-pocket payments. It’s not. They’re using their own ignorance as an argument.

Pertaining to the government share of HCE, from 1960-69, it was only 0.75%. From 1970-79 it grew to 2.99% & then grew to 48.43% from 2000-2011. Now, if we add “Federal” with “State and Local” their en masse total (2017-2019) = $4,908.4 (in billions). For 2020-2021 it was $4,191 (in billions). Not as much as I expected, only 45.41% of the total for 2017-2019 & 49.89% of HCE in 2020-2021 were government payments.

Why not have your car insurance through your employer? How about homeowners’ insurance as well? Imagine how much of a train wreck the government could turn that into. If I had been able to purchase a health care plan when I was 25 that did NOTHING until I’ve paid $3000 (and increasing a bit in later years as I made more money) out-of-pocket, imagine the money young folks (who are typically healthy) like myself could’ve saved. But the government does not want that, they want you tethered to them.

They want to steal 12.4% of every dollar (Social Security) you make to a certain point & “save” it for later. They’ll also inflate it into oblivion, but they don’t tell you that part. Health care is the same thing, the government has both feet in the door & they’ve knocked it off the hinges.

Yet Groomercrats categorize our health care apparatus as “privatized.” They’re moving the goalposts. I remember when every Republican voted against ObamaCare & Democrats were shrieking like banshees, categorizing the GOP as laissez-faire because they opposed ObamaCare. That’s hilarious & it’s moving goalposts, the same lying tact they’re utilizing in the health care debate. The GOP has a lot of problems, they’re not laissez-faire, but there are lines they won’t cross & the number of state legislative seats lost in the South by Democrats post-ObamaCare show us ObamaCare is not popular & voters gave the GOP the power to do something about it.
