Bodyweight Tabata Workout | 35 Minutes

In this 35-minute workout we will complete 5 Tabatas (20s ON, 10s OFF for 8 Rounds) with a minute-long recovery time between each 4-minute bout. You may want shoes to absorb the impactful movements prescribed; however all moves can be done low impact if needed. All you need is a 4x4 space, a mat, and a good cattitude for this heart rate-raiser!
