Homeless camps move again

A new homeless camp sprung up on private property in Over-the-Rhine Friday after a judge banned the tents on public property in Hamilton County. At this hour, the new camp, in a pocket park at 13th and Republic Streets, consists of about half-a-dozen tents, a few chairs and a table for food.
