TERRELL: "I live in California. I know what is going on. Let me tell you right now, everyone needs to hear this, homelessness is a big business in California. The people in California have taxed themselves and real estate developers, construction, lobbyists, they have taken the billions and billions of dollars and have just priced these homeless camps into oblivion. It is a business. And I’ll tell you right now, in the state that is going to recall Gov. Newsom, I’m looking for a Republican candidate who’s going to tackle three issues: one, school choice; two, regulation; and the homeless situation is the third one. It's not just a homeless issue, it's a mental health issue, and people are being exploited at the risk of taxpayer dollars. It's horrible out here. Help, we need help."
