    At this point it's been well established that evidence doesn't matter at all to law enforcement. You'll be prosecuted when whoever pays the bills and decides who gets fired for not obeying decides that you'll be prosecuted. Evidence is just window dressing. We've all seen too many examples for too long of zero evidence yet prosecutions and all the evidence in the world yet no prosecutions.
