Receiving a sourdough kit last Christmas sparked a passion I didn’t know I had, making my first loaf on January 19th, 2024. From nurturing my starter to experimenting with different loaves, it’s been like being a kid again. But it’s become more than just baking bread; sourdough has taught me patience, resilience, and the beauty of slow processes. It’s been a journey of challenges, creativity, and spiritual grounding.
