He is not only surprised by having been awaken, but he cannot explain the sour taste in his mouth. We do not know if he is offended, angry, crying or jealous that something so brilliant has never occurred to him. There are so many unsaid worlds in these changing expressions! And if this is not funny enough, wait until he turns round to bury his face into the pillows! He has a coin stuck on his back! What a family!

The doctor, and everyone in the room bursts into hysterics as the pregnant woman reveals the toy baby foot and shows it to the camera. That must have been quite a surprise!
