Turkish and US backed Syrian fighters clash near Tishreen Dam

NATO are fighting NATO again. The Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) has deployed near the Tishreen Dam, amid clashes with the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The SDF has denied the SNA’s claims, saying the area is still under their control.
