Best friends don’t have to look anything alike to make a great team. The animal kingdom never ceases to amaze and inspire us. From rhinos and lambs, cats and owls, pigs and hens, the world of animals is full of surprises. Check out how these two animals don’t actually get along together because the pig has made the broody hen angry for a very good reason. How can the pig be so sneaky and get itself into the chicken coop of this possessive chicken? On top of that, the pig has the nerve to steal the food from the hen. How nonsensical is that! So the hen has an absolute right to behave as erratic as it does. Snapping at the pig like that is the only logical answer to this alarming situation. What a shame! How disgraceful the pig can be?

You just don’t mess with broody chickens because if you do, expect for the same destiny to fall upon you. Nellie the pig was looking for a quick snack when all of a sudden this happens! Lesson learned for sure. Instead of the two of them to be friends and play carelessly, the pig caused a mutiny and now it has to bear the consequences. Have you seen such a frightened pig? Being as bulky as it is, Nellie can simply use its magnanimous body and deal with the hen in just one stroke? But Nellie is obviously aware of the mischievous deed because stealing food is not what you do. That’s why it is probably running like crazy. It only proves that, nevertheless, it has a heart of gold and it feels responsible for its foxy behavior. Because you know that mother hens demonstrate behavioral habits that deviate from the normal chicken. After hatching eggs, their priority shifts from personal survival to protecting and ensuring the survival of her young.

Maybe at the end of this heated chase they will make up with a promise to be nice to each other and never ever steal food from another coop again. Maybe they will make this pact and seal it with their animal instinct and everything will turn out just fine at the end. Who knows? Animals are unpredictable, you can never be in the open with them. However, the angry hen has made us laugh heartily and that’s what counts, doesn’t it?

Broody hens demonstrate a strong desire to successfully hatch their eggs. A broody hen is not necessarily a mother hen but she has the natural desire to become a mother hen. They will lay eggs in the nesting boxes and will avoid laying eggs outside the box at all costs. They are territorial around the nesting box and will attempt to sit on the eggs.
