Guatemalan illegal immigrant charged over NYC subway burning death

The man who set a woman on fire on the New York subway yesterday, 33-year-old Sebastian Zapeta, has been charged with murder. Zapeta is an illegal immigrant from Guatemala who had previously been removed from the US in 2018.
