State Rep. Jewell Jones of Inkster is facing misdemeanor charges. Recently, he was pulled over and police found open alcohol containers in his car. Jones is Michigan’s youngest state representative. He's accused of driving with open intoxicants in his vehicle after he was pulled over for speeding on I-94 in Dearborn the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. That’s when state police issued the citation.
